Benn does not deserve 2 game ban

A close look at the video of the row between Benn and Haddin suggests :

• Benn wasnt at fault when he went for the collection of the ball to stop a single and Haddin ran into him. That was by chance, not intentional.
• Haddin provocated Benn with the show of the bat. 
• Benn was taken aback when he saw he being provoked. He just walked to the batsman and natural exchange of words. Nothing done yet by Benn that earns him a 2 game ban.
  
• At the end of over Benn walks over to Haddin down the umpire end and  there you see Johnson altercating with Benn. Not needed. 
• And then a physical contact between Benn and Johnson.

The questions arise why was Johnson handed just 10% of the match fee as fine and Haddin as 25%. It was Haddin who began the altercation with an intentional provocation and poor Benn fell prey to it.

And what wrong did Benn do to earn 2 game ban which was serious and an intentional provocation from Haddin wasnt so serious offence ?

Jaundiced eyes, biased vision and perhaps even racism ? No white player ever is banned by this match referee.

By the way how did Broad return to refereeing when he was pitched for a ban by our honoorable Ijaz Butt ?

Do whatever, claim Tendulkar when he is not. Talk crap in the media with "character" and "pride in the boys" or "dirty players", you are not gonna win even a single game. And then Sanga goes in cheapest of way possible. Is that a vice captain supposed to do ? Rather than fight a lone battle, leave the field and run away.

And now they send Chuckali up the order. Ridiculous? Insane stuff. And he is out. 8 gone. A big thumping win around the corner. 4 for Ojha. Not sure if he has arrived. 9 gone. Tendulkar takes it. Minnow hunters reduced to a minnow.

Unfortunately cheating doesnt help guys. Be it for so called Haddin or Mahela jaywardhena. Lets see what blabbering the idiot does today. Fuck u idiot!!

Are the Aussies only cheaters ? Look around, you wud find many

Every body speaks of Punter and Haddin as cheats and against the spirits of the game. Hardly except this blogger, anybody speaks of :

1. A bowler with suspect bowling action continues to ball for 16 yrs raking up 1270 wkts in international cricket with ICC bending rules in his favor thanks to the lobbying his board does.
2. A batsman from India given out 2 times in row when he was not. Consecutive appealing by this specific bowler earns him suspicious wickets. Not once but twice in a same game. Many times across multiple games.

Is that fair ?

Aint the bloggers who term Aussies cheat being guilty of biased view ? If Aussies are cheats then the players listed above in the numbered points are cheats too. Raise your horizon. You would find many cheaters.

Even Shoaib Akhtar and Wasim Akram were guilty of one such act in Kolkata Test of 1999 when they appealed for run out dismissal of Sachin Tendulkar even when latter was in the crease. Weren't they cheaters ?

• Its great to see quality commentators in the test series with the likes of Sunny Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri, easily India's best , Ian Chappell and Mark Nicholas along with Allan Border. Still pity to see likes of Shivramkrishnan out there in the middle with ever boring Arun Lal.
• Ishant Sharma is a delight to watch, he is superb in run action. Thumps in, the ball zooms inside the batsman and he gotta be careful to make sure that he doesnt get LBW!! Good 2nd over of the day by Sharma....
• Surprisingly its Mishy continuing in place of Zaheer and he is looping the ball well.
• During India s tour of Australia earlier this year, Australia had Symmo at 6 and Gilly at 7. Now they have Watson at 6 and Haddin at 7....Huge quality gap isnt it. Would Australia gamble for Symmo as jacques replacement ? They should.
• Play held up for sight screen problem.....
• We need a wkt now..And who better than Hussey...Ishant Sharma still able to extract bounce out of a 3rd day pitch....
• Zaheer comes back. It would be great if he could do a Hayden to Hussey. You see H.....:)
• NZ are in shambles. Dumped and bumped for 171.....Ridiculous!!
• Harbhajan is missing from overall picture. Hasnt having a great of series though...
• Hussey gets another 50.....Whata player....
• And he is out...........huge wicket.............Hussey c Dhoni b Sharma........Aussie in troubles!!!
• In comes Haddin and mind you he is not Gilchrist. A max good for 40. Not more than that...A follow-on looms large.....
• Aussies still need 140 to save follow-on. They missing the experience of Symmo and Gilly....Whats more imp ? Personal ego battles or team victory ? So Symmo should be rushed in....
• Wonder what happened to Sreesanth ? Lost to stardom ? He is not even in challengers team :)

End of first hour....36 runs and 1 wicket with Sharma being the star......
